We have been protesting at 7 IBM Second Life islands for the last 6 hours! We are half way through our World protest, and it's definitely a World protest as workers have come from 30 countries, from China to the USA, from Sweden to Mauritania, New Zealand to Canada, Belgium to Spain....hundreds have signed the petition that has gone to top European IBM Management. And over 1000 have joined our mailing list.
But it's not over yet!
More statistics on exact number of protesters will be available at 7pm Rome, Italy time, in only two hours. Keep it up!!!

From Belgium to Slovenia, IT workers join in
Belgian colleagues have been very present all through this month of preparation for the protest. Many of them are our "staff members" that greet protesters on the different IBM islands today! Here are some photos of their involvement, which includes the presence of the UNI-Europa regional secretary, Bernadette Ségol.

LA PROTESTA E' INIZIATA !
PROTEST BEGINS !!!
